Midas Concord - Car Service, Mechanics, Brake & Suspension Experts

The guys were very professional, friendly, the service great and just good old fashion fair dinkum decent human beings. Having always worked on my cars personally doing all major repairs I'm a very and hesitant character to let others tinker with my engines and running gear. On this occasion I had no choice as I was stuck for time and needed my car repaired that week. After getting previous quotes for work from the NRMA, and other work shops across Sydney, Midas came in very competitive at a third cheaper for all parts and labour and they did everything they said they would and kept me updated throughout the week as to where parts were and progress. When some work took a little bit more then we expected initially, they ran me through what had happened and gave me the options first (rather then just going to town on billing me like some others I know do...) I'll be giving them my other car still under warranty now to do the regular service intervals now and will recommend to others to give them ago. I live on the North Shore but would rather travel those extra couple of Km's and give to this team then any others in Sydney now. Thanks Guys, appreciate your friendly and honest service.

I was pregnant and with a toddler in tow, and had a flat tyre. On a busy Friday, they were very friendly and so kind to plug the hole in my tyre immediately so that I could go to lunch and get home. I would recommend these guys without hesitation based on their generosity and friendliness. Thanks again

Excellent, friendly service! I have been to Midas Concord 3 times over the last 6 months for a service, pink slip and headlight change. Each and every time they have been very helpful and really friendly. Even when they have been obviously flat out with work, they still do everything they can to do what needs to be done. Overall great experience from reception through to the manager and mechanics!!!
