Very satisfied with the service.  We were told to change so many parts of our car from a diff mechanic, which was going to cost us alot of money.  But Ben the mechanic was very honest and truthful about what was necessary to change. Our car was good to go right away. 

So hard to find a good mechanic these days. 

First mechanic that was genuine about cars and customers together.

Ben restored my faith in car mechanics! 

I replaced my engine mount at a different mechanics and since then its been making loud noises and they couldnt fix it... Ben diagnosed the problem step by step. Hence, the repair costed much less than what others have quoted (only replacing necessary parts).

Hes very friendly and genuine! Highly recommend.

Couldn’t rate these guys more highly. I’ve had to visit three times with minor issues (nails in tyres, brake lights) and each time they’ve managed to squeeze me in, fix the issue with a smile and have me on my way promptly. Especially grateful given a small baby on board. Today’s effort was next level. A big thumbs up from us!

I had a bit of an emergency last week where I heard something was in my tyre. Tap, tap, tap as I drove. I was just about to go on a two hour road trip and was very worried, so stopped in to ask for help. The gentleman was very busy but still made the time to quickly check my car to make sure it was safe. I didn't catch his name, but he had a very cool beard. Thank you for helping a damsel in distress, my car and I made it in one piece!

I could not recommend Paul at Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Annandale highly enough. I've always had my car serviced by him, but recently, I called him because my car smelt of petrol and with a very young baby in the car I was concerned about it. He got me in really promptly and fixed the fuel leak that was identified. He also went above and beyond with the service - washing down the engine, airing out the car and pumping up the tyres to make sure everything was running smoothly.
