Unbelievable how professional these chaps have been. Quite amazing. Call to provide updates when they say they will. Came in with quoted figures 20% lower than original mechanic. Determined there was no need for extra expense that original mechanic said was going to be required. Went out of their way to find better price than that quoted by BMW. Amazing. Thank you Mark & Leo. A happy customer.

Absolutely hands down the best service from the level of care to general customer service. Completely trustworthy and they dont want to rip you off. We’ve been to other mechanics in Sydney previously but now this is our absolute go to!! You’re in safe hands

Had a flat car battery and they had 2 attempts to charge it (free service) but was unable to revive it. They fitted me with a new battery with 3 year warranty (~$170). Quick and professional service. Thanks Leo !!

Not a great start. My list of repair work wasn’t communicated from the call centre to repair shop. One item, loose wiring to a speaker, can’t be done there. Actual servicing good and at a reasonable price

Updated review to reflect good response from NRMA call centre and Marrickville in response to a fault in their website. Just be advised that if booking a service for a prestige car from the NRMA site, you will not be given an accurate quote of the cost online. Double check this yourselves!
