Honestly the best customer service and professionalism from a very helpful gentleman called Jay. As i female I have been stung by other mechanics before but Jay from this store was so patient answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Jay for his honesty and his over and beyond customer service and competitive pricing. I will keep coming back again and again. Thank you so much fellas for all your help!

Great service by the manager jay and assistant muss very professional and prompt service, explained the work that was carried out and gave honest advise. I’m very happy with broadway store as it’s a busy store but runs very smooth. Would recommend jay and team to family and friends. Customer for life thanks

Took my car here because the air con was not working. They tried to tell me it was costing nearly $2000 to fix?? Went to a private mechanic they regased it and it has been working great only cost me $150. I don’t know who these people think they are but you shouldn’t try rip me off because I’m a woman and have no idea! Don’t come here!

Stay away from  this place, unless you have a couple of spare grand to waste. I brought my car in with performance issues and these guys charged me over 2,000 for clutch replacement. However, this didn't change anything in relation to the original problem I came with. I took the car to another car service, this time a professional one, and the problem was solved with a $100 job. Plus another $60 for wheel alignment that Kmart guys broke and couldn't fix after re-doing it twice!
I'm definitely reporting them to NSW Fair Trading and I'll make sure that I get every cent refunded!
