Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Neutral Bay

Didn't want my business. Mumbling guy at the desk just shaking his head saying he couldn't help me change flat tyre and he "might be able to get tyre in next week". He obviously wasn't the manager because he didn't want the work. Never going there again.

**COMPROMISING SAFETY** My partner just got her car serviced this week by these guys as she was driving down to Melbourne and wanted to make sure it was ready for the trip. Was over a $400 service but to get things done with the amount of time she had, she paid for it and expected it to be a good service. Half way down to Melbourne, at a truck stop 9pm at night, the car won't start as they didn't perform the tyre realignment properly and the computer locks the steering wheel. NRMA then are called, while she is on her own in the middle of know where trying to figure out what has prompted the computer error. They get it fixed, but every time she needed to fill up or stop she couldn't stop the car. I'm expecting someone to be in touch ASAP to fix this. Very poor form KTAS

Distinct lack of customer service. Entered reception and it appeared to be an inconvenience for the guy to deal with me.

Terribly disappointed. Got them to look at it and then got a second opinion. Grossly overcharged and attempted to rip me off.
