Our company Open and Shut get all our 6 vehicles serviced here the technicians are trained qualified mechanics who know how to do quality repairs for a fair price. They are top guys and even came up to my shop in Waverley and boosted my car battery when I left the lights on and flattened it.  
They are always helpful, advising what repairs to expect in the future and really look after us.  Better than the Branded repairers. Thanks Greg we think your team is tops

Best Service In Eastern suburbs, had nail in my run-flat Mercedes tyre and they replaced it in 2 hours and charged a third of the Mercedes price.
The guys know their stuff, keep a database of all my servicing and always look after their local customers.  I noticed a lot of grumpy reviews, if you want fries with that go to Macdonalds, if you want real Auto Mechanics who know what they are doing call Greg and the boys.

We brought a car for inspection prior buying it.  At first I was told to take appointment, when i call back to do so, no appointment needed but show yourself in the morning and if we have time we will do it. Extremely rude staff. Throw our car key at us on the counter top for nothing, we were polite, i just don't understand why people can act like that. Didn't have the time to answers our questions. Said he was too busy. Wondering if they even took the time to check the car properly. I hope they are better tech than the bad customer service they offer. Will know it later...

They quoted me 185 to change an air carbon filter. He told me it was because they are really hard to get to. I have no idea about cars so looked it up. Turns out it takes literally 30 seconds to change and costs 30 bucks so i did it myself. I never know when to trust mechanics but this was not a great experience
