The receptionist is nice and the eventual results were good but it took an unbelievable amount of effort and time for a very minor repair. Waited weeks for an appointment for repairs, arrived to be told no repairs would be conducted, just a 2 min assessment. Then waited weeks more for a part to be ordered. Was only told it had arrived because I rang. Then had to wait weeks more for another repair appointment. Then was told they were still waiting on a part... The whole time no one called me with updates, I had to keep asking. I was referred by my insurer, will not be returning.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

Was recommended by my insurance company to come here. Very happy with the repairs and quality of the workmanship from jubilee smash repairs. Big thank you to the receptionist lady for the status update calls and also Vache for looking after my vehicle.Services:&nbsp;Painting

Very frustrated and very UNHAPPY to say the least. I went to these guys because they were given by my insurer. It took 8 weeks to get the part. Then they booked me and told that it will take 10 days for the repair. i called up after 12 days and they told me the part they got is faulty. Why nobody called me for 10 days to inform ? i had to follow up twice to know the status. I will NEVER recommend these guys and will never go there again.

Very rude and arrogant, did not even inspect properly. Took ages to return a minor work and the car was not even cleaned when I got it back. I had to take it for detailing.  Stay away from them.

Had to go back to Jubilee due to the fault of the insurance company. Vatche gave me a spare car so I can avoid the public transport. Big thanks!

Mate the guy is rude and arrogant,doesnt even do a proper job to assess the vehicle, didnt even mention anything about a right off,I just want my car checked and repaired, didnt even look at any damage, I was sent there by my Insurer.  Mate dont know how he's still running a business.

Totally rude behaviour towards the customer. They treat like they are doing it for free. Change the staff.

So incredibly rude and aggressive. I left after being yelled at as they had too much work on and couldn’t do my car, even though it had been booked in for 3 weeks. Have complained to insurance company.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

Finally I left my car for panel beating. Will wait until the work is done and then see if I can increase the rating
