I booked in 2 days before Australia Day. I was told the repairs would take 7-10 days, depending on parts availability. Imagine my joy, when the vehicle was ready, within 7 days, including the Public Holiday. While the service was good, the company should employ more Reception Staff in the busy morning period. The 2 operators tried their best but were dealing with multiple demands, including phone calls, which tied up one person and led to extra waiting for customers. When one is using a service for the first time, customers can be confused as to what is happening. We do not know the procedures of the Operation. The 2 women Reception Staff, to their credit, were polite and professional, as were the tradesmen.Services: Electrical repair
I can't fault the service I received from the time I brought my car in until the time I picked it up. The reception/ counter staff were excellent as was the person who assessed my car. Seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim
Avoid this place at all cost. Very rude customer service and ridiculous wait time. We need to wait for 4 weeks to send the car to Silverwater because there is a queue to even just book a spot to send a car in the repair centre. After sending the car there, another two weeks went by and no update. My car is just sitting there waiting to be towed to another repair place. I called. A lady called Jody answered the phone. Very very rude and lack of any customer skills. I asked when I can get my car back. She didn't know. I asked when my car will be towed to the next place for repair. She didn't know either. I complained about six weeks went by, they still haven't done anything to my car. She said that’s because I didn’t take out car hire in my insurance policy. I can’t believe she can put it back to me. I’m still waiting for my car, SIX weeks after I booked a repair.
Good service. Provide user car services to get back home after car dropped off and again when ready t o pick up my car. Paint work appeared spotless.
This business do not respect your time! I was asked to drop the car off on Monday, when I drop it off they told me it would take 5-7 days to get everything done. then on Friday they sms me not even a phone call telling me that my car needs to be transfer to Lansvale to be assessed! after 4 days sitting there no one done any work. I called and complaint and the lady said it will be assess in Lansvale again and that would reset the timeframe again. When I asked why it took 4 days to come up with that... no response. So avoid these guys if you can, they do not respect your time.Service: Body & Trim
Very busy place. If the guys paid attention to detail and had pride in their work to make things right before you collect your car this would be much appreciated. But releasing the car with defects and hoping the owner doesn't realise or not be bothered to be without their car again while defects are rectified is just wasting everyone's time and not fair on your clients. You cost your clients time and money going back and forth making it an unpleasant experience. You can do better. Have pride.
They are probably just too busy. Everyday in the morning they tell me that they are so busy and my car is not ready and pickup will be delayed to the next day. Please insurance company, stop sending more cars and let them finish what they have first.Service: Body & Trim
I have received nothing but professional service from Debbie and the team. Had my accident on Friday and got my vehicle back on the following Tuesday. Absolutely blown away with the efficiency! Best experience to help bring a smile to an unlucky situation. I would highly recommend these guys.
Excellent service. Arranged Ubers to and from car rental place which was all included. Quality repairs. Good communication so knew where repairs were up to.
