LUBE Mobile Sydney

If you are using Lube Mobile ask for Manny! He came to look at an issue with my car, diagnosed it correctly within minutes and advised the best solution. My car did need to be taken to a specialist for repair, but Manny organised everything delivering and collecting the car and dropping the keys back to me. He also made sure the specialist repairer did the work asap. I didn’t have to do a thing! Manny goes out of his way to do everything possible to make sure the best outcome is achieved with minimal to no inconvenience to the customer. I would strongly recommend Manny to anyone. Paul.

I've got to be quite frank and blunt. I've never tried Lube Mobile and steered away because of the negative reviews and the 3.5 stars. I've tried Sparesbox, parts were cheap and service was great. However price and availability was good until they became popular. I've called up Lube Mobile for diagnosis of my vehicle which was broken down and was booked the day I requested for (was also offered on the day check-up but couldn't as I was at work). I've also had the car repaired after the diagnosis on the same day. Price and customer service was great. I think it goes a long way to have trust in a brand that has been around for so long. I'll be booking my next log book service with Lube Mobile.

Very efficient. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly.The mechanics that attended were so nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

I had them service my 1998 CLK over Christmas because my Mechanic was away. After Lube Mobile finished, the car would not start. They took it to their service centre and days later told me the timing chain and electronic clutch would need to be replaced for $7,000. I then had my car towed to a Merc specialist who returned my car the next day in perfect working order. The problem was a clogged Manifold intake. Lube Mobile are only very basic mechanics. Avoid them!!

Ordered a car battery online with car engine, year, make and model clearly specified online. Mechanic came, specified the car (a run of the mill 2012 Jag) was special and wanted to take the car keys as security and return with the car battery. What a waste of time. Changing a car battery needed two visits? Refused to let car mechanic take the car keys and refused to pay an on-call service charge. Never heard of two visits to change a car battery. Also, am perplexed why the car's logbook need to be reviewed to change a car battery? Some sort of up-selling scheme? I have identified myself. Management is more than welcome to call if wishes to dispute the above.
