I have never experienced such great customer service. The ladies at the front desk are so professional and friendly and the mechanics are very polite and helpful.  All staff seem like they cant do enough for you. They should all be congratulated

I have no complaints here. I called the insurance company up on the Sunday as I reversed my brand new Mazda 3 into something, they booked it in with Capital Smart for the next day at 9am (Monday). I received a phone call on Tuesday afternoon advising my car was ready. I picked it up on Wednesday and it was like brand new again. They did the best job within 1-2 days. No marks and everything working perfectly. Very happy with the service I got. Thank you so much!!

I had an accident and suncrop insurance  directed me to them.
Replaced bumper bar within two days and called me to pick up (was excited). They haven't done the job properly. Paint blemishes on bumper bar and had to show them one by one to remove. Took car twiced to yard again and waited more than 30 min. Also they missed lots of push pins which fits bumper bar to car. (lucky it was checked by myself). Had to come again next day to get all things done properly. Also Had front sensor issue(keep beeping even no closed objects) it was after damage. Supervisor told that it was normal after small drive by him.(obviously it is not normal). Finally called insurance again and they adviced me to get faulty report from 3rd party. I went back to mazda service and they fixed sensors propely on the same day and told me it was fitted wrongly. (Seriously)
Sent mazda service cost back to insurance to get my expenses. Now Sensors are all working properly. Also they scratched my car hood as well. - 2 month old new car 2017 :(  

Good thing was they gave me a taxi to go home.

My front panel was not sitting properly now and independent assessor provided report for poor quality of repair to Insurance company today.

So I had my car fixed here a few years ago after someone reversed into the driver side door. First impression was that this placed look great. I saw the guys cleaning a BMW, washing a Land Rover and thought they are going to treat me right. Boy was I wrong. The first guy tried to talk me out of getting the door fixed because they might not be able to match the paint. After that they said they need to take the car then and there (it was a Friday afternoon). I was told it was an assessment and would book it in for a later date. After sorting a date then started the issue of time. I literally work around the corner from here at 5 am Monday to Friday but they don't have a early drop off facility and were not willing to help at all so I sorted it out with my girlfriend and made it work. When I finally got my car back the door was fixed but the car wasn't cleaned (which wasn't a big deal but anyway) I left,  got to the second round-a-bout and saw there was damage to the rain guard on my door so I went back and question them about it. Their response was  "Oh yeah we cracked it when trying to get it off. Didn't someone tell you?" One of the guys came and told me to speak to the insurance company to sort it but if I could find a second hand one to it bring to them and they would replace it. So wait if you couldn't get it off without breaking it how can I get you one to replace it and if I went to the trouble of getting one in the first place why would I bring it back to you idiots to fix it when installing it is literally half the time of removing it. So the other week the guard finally broke on my way home and today I removed the rest of it. It took me 45 minutes to get both the passenger and driver side guards off and clean them up. How stupid and lazy are you people? They were held on by 4 screws and some double sided tape. Anyway people unless you drive an expensive car don't go here there is nothing S.M.A.R.T about them
