A local contact of mine recommended Shiva Auto Repairs. As others have mentioned, the owner, Shiva Surendra is a decent man and provides a honest assessment of the condition of the vehicle and what needs to be serviced on a priority.

I haven't serviced elsewhere, so, cannot comment on their labour cost. What I find is, they are accommodating and at times be a bit unorganised. This could frustrate some Customers who are bound to time.

As a suggestion to the owner, I request him to train his mechanics to adhere to a schedule and treat Customers on a first come first serve basis or based on appointments. This will improve customer experience.

I will definitely service my car again.

Quality service at a great rate! Suren and his boys did a top job on my car, on time and under budget. I have an older Aussie build car and got quoted at five different places at much higher rates because it was a such a tough job. These boys have my car running perfect again! Five stars and a big thank you from me!

staff other than owner, is unprofessional, unethical & rude. They don’t coordinate with each other and do not know how behave with customers.
