DODGY!!! I have had ongoing issues and the owner is the biggest liar I have ever met, promises you the world and never delivers, swears on every ones grave that he will make the issues get resolved, still to this day nothing has ever been done correctly, 
The issues have now gone to department of fair trading, just a warning to every one the work might be ok, but the owner of this business is the dodgyest man I have ever met scum of the earth.............
I have tried every thing I hope he hears me on this review and now actually want to resolve

What a great job Essential Smash Repairs did. Paul was great and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Originally was quoted  $1500 for some repairs if I supplied some needed parts. Returned 10 months later with parts and was now quoted $2000. 
Went ahead and after having my car for almost 4 weeks they demanded $2800 for repairs. Eventually backed down to $2500, but car was still being worked on when i went to pick it up. 4 weeks later! Paint job was poor with rough patches, parts completly missed, ended up painting over sections of my car like the fuel cap due to poor preparation. Didn't even used parts I supplied. Car had parts still removed inside as well as being completely filthy with dust and sand paper everywhere. Refused to fix dodgy job until 2 months later when "they had time." Even then they had my car for 2 weeks and when i returned, once again they had done zero work. Lied about running out of paint and were waiting for more to come in. Demanded they fixed the work or I would be contacting fair trading. Pulled their finger out and surprisingly found extra paint to fix poor workmanship. Was told I was "being picky" of poor quality work as they "didn't make much money" from the job. Car was finally returned with new scratches all over bonnet and they refused to accept damages. Dodgy compulsive liars running a scam of a company. Would rate -10 if possible!

They fixed my car like brand new.I could be more happier with the job that was done .Very professional .
