I received top shelf service from Ara and his mechanics. I thought I would have to cancel my booking as car wouldn't start but Ara sent a mechanic to my house to jump start my A180 and follow me to the workshop. Diagnostic testing revealed the problem and fault repaired, they also repaired an existing slow leaking tyre. All this done after 3pm. Excellent  service at a good price, I'll definitely be back.

Ara and his team have serviced our cars 2x Merc, 3x VW, 1xAudi and 1xBMW since at least 2014 and we've never been anything other than impressed!  Thankfully, Ramspeed delivers top-notch craftsmanship, boasts extensive expertise in all things European, and exhibits versatility in handling anything from everyday vehicles to high-end supercars and vintage classics. I have been servicing with Ara and the team at Ramspeed for 5 years.  I have had  the following cars serviced all without complaint. Prices are fair, communication is always good. Loan cars are also an option. My ML500 had radiator issues that had to be worked through due to age, but all was handled smoothly.  5/5  BMW 2009 3 series’s BMW X5 2013 MERC ML500 2014 MERC C63s 2019

I have been taking my Porsche Boxster for service for last 8 years to Ramspeed. Ara and team are very professional, pay attention to details and perform quality work. Ara is very accommodating to fit me in few times when I needed service done at short notice. This place is unprofessional with European cars do not expect you can have a complete service done here. Condition of my car did not improve a bit after service. The two young man servicing my car is under experienced, they need to ask their boss or look up on Internet for almost every small issue. I was asked to replace a part in my car but was out of stock so they had to order from overseas, they charged me to fix the part so it run for the time while waiting for part but it stopped working on the spot. Young man didn't even try to repair again, also never called me back about the part. You are losing customers for sure!b

Took my Megane RS265 to have a new timing belt kit installed on the car and couldn't be happier. The price was reasonable, work delivered on time and the time taken to show me all of the old parts that came off was highly appreciated. The owner, Ara, knows his stuff and has a passion for cars. Would highly recommend.

5 star customer service. Specialists when it comes to high performance vehicles. Ive taken my 2017 AMG C63 to them ever since i bought it and 1 year into the 3 years warranty. They did a better and more thorough job servicing the car than AMG Sydney ever did and you get value for money. The Ramspeed boys go over and above. Well done fellas

Worked out all the issues with my Lexus LS460 and fixed. Bloody amazing service every time! Nothing is hard for Ara and the team.  Fixed my merc same day, diagnosed the issues and had me back on the road! From a business owners point of view, service like this doesn’t exist out there. Thanks Ara!!

AMG C43 sericed with Ramspeed for the first time, but not the last. Professional, friendly and fairly priced - I left my car overnight and was provided with a complimentary courtesy car in its place. I can highly recommend.
