Only have good things to say about John, a true gentleman who showed tremendous understanding, professionalism and patience with my troublesome VW Golf MKV. John was able to resolve a problem that had troubled other mechanics in the past (my Golf was leaking coolant) within a few hours and had the replacement parts ordered and installed almost instantly. He also treats his customers as he wishes to be treated, with respect and honesty and provided me with a step by step walk-through of my invoice and explained everything in great detail. One final point; he is very well priced and doesn't rip off his customers, a rarity in today's world. Thank you again, John!

I am glad I found jhon to look after my car. He is a genuine, skilled and experienced mechanic. With his busy schedule, he was kind enough to find a time for me after understanding my urgency. Most importantly he gave a 6 month guarantee for his work. I highly recommend Jhon for your car issues. I think he is the best you can find in western suburbs....👍👍👍

High recommend John's Car Care. I have been to him on many occasions and the level of service he provides is exceptional. No doubt but of the most genuine mechanics out there (unlike most mechanics). Priced very fairly. I had taken a lot of quotes while I was looking for a good mechanic before I met John. Have not needed to look anymore. I could not recommend John's Care Car more. The level of service and care he provides is exceptional.
