Called up for a pink slip. No one answered, but got a phone message stating that there's no need to book an inspection. So I rock up and wait in queue only to be told they have 4 already and are not taking any more. Not their fault, but false info, and the sign at the back of the room tells me pretty much what type of business they run - it reads "Your poor planning is not our emergency".

Tyres in my vehicle popped. I called in over the phone on Saturday morning however, he had 35 cars waiting. He was very polite and told me to get on To it and try blacktown.

Awesome help here... Reasonable and competitive prices. No pressure, sound advice, salesmen even pulled a tyre out to show me the tread because i was curious how it looked. If you need some rubber for your auto, head to Tony's.

Worst experience with them. I’ve brought my car to get my tyre check if what’s the problem with it. Anyway I left a money in the boot and then I’ve confronted them about the missing money they told me  the guy that checked  my tyre is gone already  and can’t be contact anymore. And they didn’t do any actions about it. Just be aware don’t leave any belongings especially money in your car when you take it there or else you’ll be sorry can’t be trusted Service:&nbsp;Tires

Very expert vehicle workshop. They will tell you exactly what needs to be fixed. No mocking around or dodgy quotes. And they will charge you a fair price.

The guys have helped out on a few unplanned occasions tyres rotations, pink slips etc. They're accurate with their timing for job completions. On all occasions if they said about 30min wait etc, they were pretty much bang on. Used to go to a large shop at Castle Hill and would literally be there for half my Saturday just to rotate my tyres. So very happy with Tonys tyres

I have been using Tony's for a few years for both of my cars, what i have noticed is they put whatever grade engine oil is available rather than going what is specified by the car manufacturer.  For my Kia Sportage 2017 they have changed the OIL to 10W-30 whereas as per owners manual and a quick search on internet, 5W-30 is recommended. Drive of the car is changed and seems to be not as smooth as it used to be.Service:&nbsp;Oil change

I actually live really close to this place and thought it would be nice to take my car to a local one stop shop mechanic and support local businesses, however I had a simple job with a nail in my Tyre and rang to confirm if it was ok to bring down and the guy said "yeah just bring it in!'" so I did about 20 mins later...  when I got there he said we are way to busy and will take several hours... I told the him if you told me that from the start I wouldn't have bothered...  Drove into a competitor and they did it in 15mins!
