This place is great! The service was top notch, amazing food, great location, and lovely seating. My husband had the lamb shank and it was fantastic! I ordered the venison and it was spectacular!! Both dishes were perfectly sized and full of flavor! We will come again the next time we visit.
And for all the idiots complain about no takeawaycoffee, get a life. It's clearly printed at the counter.

Nice cafe with a cute garden, right next to a playground. Good stop with kids on the long way from Taupo to Wellington.

Beautiful roses surrounding outdoor seating area. Only a very small choice of cabinet food.  Coffee so so.  I think the garden was the big attraction for me.
