Great chips! Good hearty Kai. Great customer service, very accommodating, particularly in making my mum and Brother-in-law a vegan meal that wasn't even on their menu. 😊 Also, fantastic music playing in the background!

This is a great little place to stop off for food.  We had scrambled eggs and bacon from the breakfast menu and calamari from the lunch menu.  Both were superb,. Definitely a place to plan a stop off if you are travelling this way.  The food is fresh and has that little 'extra' touch that makes it memorable.

Ok guys you lost it today. Poor planning to run out of food during a holiday time when you have visitors you could impress. 30 minute time for food that that went out to 45 -60 minutes. 30 minute wait for coffee and all the tables were not full. 

The wait staff clearly lacked training. Ours spilt some chips onto the floor when delivering. All we got was a sorry as she walked off. We had to ask for knife and forks. 

In the past I have have left very positive reviews of the Hydro from past visits. Today was simply terrible. Customers were talking amongst themselves about the lack of service. The complaints you got in store are a wake up call. 

You need to sort out your staff training and systems

Excellent coffee! Would have been 5 star but chicken patty in burger was a bit overly deep fried, and seats are terribly uncomfortable! Chips are nice, would be back I think.

Service was poor, food got spilt on me and my friend 😡 burgers came late and she forgot a smoothie. Not impressed lol.
