What a terrible experience. Order was wrong, and when they corrected the burger they didn't call to us just left it on the servery for over 10mins before we went up to enquire where it was. The place was dirty with food and stuff on the floor, tables dirty and covered in bags and drink cups, and the rubbish bins full. Will not be bothering again.
Had an awesome experience at Burger King Turangi. Nelli was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit really pleasant. The service was fast, the food was fresh, and everything came out just right. It’s always great when staff go the extra mile and make you feel looked after. Big thanks to Nelli and the team, definitely a 5-star visit!
Terrible Burger King. You might like it if you’re an Orc, but for humans… nahnnPlace wasn’t very clean. Altough it was empty and somebody seem to be cleaning all the time.nnWhen we ordered and it was ready, they didnt shout our order nr, but just one of the burgers we ordered… ok?nnThe soda machine was empty on several drinks, so we just got sparking water, had to throw it away and refill on something else.nnThen one of our burgers was clearly burned. When we went back they said “it’s flamed grilled”. Yes flamed grilled doesn’t mean it has to be burned to a health hazard in Mt Doom, even if you’re located near it.nnNo solution was offered, we even felt a bit ridiculed by the staff.
I ordered a senior coffee. The young man at the window handed me the coffee and then handed me a small bag and said it was a complimentary item with the senior discount. I did not know the senior discount had a complimentary item. I parked and investigated the bag. I drove home very slowly admiring the trees. I have never noticed how many trees there are on state highway one. Three stars the coffee was also excellent.
My Burger King experience was sub-par. We stopped in to clear our dusty heads after a huge night at Rhythm and Tūrangi but found ourselves discouraged by the state of the burgers and wait time. Never before has a Burger King made my hangover worse. The chicken nuggets were undercooked. Cooper, however, is very handsome and a great server.
