Every item of clothing in here is beautiful, the staff are always friendly and super lovely. A very relaxing shop, to the point where they made trying on formal dresses enjoyable and calming! its normally a stressful experience for me. I love to just pop in and say hi if I'm walking past. Definitely a new standard of shopping, in both their clothes and their customer service. Big love guys!
Always stocks lovely items that are a different to the run of the mill chain store items - so I can find something a bit unique. Fantastic, personal service - Mia knows what fits and suits your body type - so you know you look great in whatever she recommends. Love love love.
They are my go to boutique. My closet is pretty much only the labels they buy. If they don’t have your size they will contact the supplier and have it shipped in for you and then contact you once it’s in via socials or text. So nice to have customer service like that. They have also shown me some amazing local designers that I love and follow now. So appreciate
Mia and Simone run a very professional and honest fashion boutique. I love their store so much, there are so many unique pieces, from fun t-shirts, pretty dresses and stunning occasional wear. No words to describe my experience. I am not sure I have ever experienced this level of customer service. I was a bride ordering my bridesmaids dresses, and to make sure I had all the sizes Mia actually called around to every supplier nationally and internationally to get a sold out dress for me to match my bridesmaids! THEN to boot, I received a wonderful gift with my delivery, gift voucher and a wonderful message to go with it. It made my day! Then... on top of that, when ordering dresses again last month, my delivery was late, so Mia chased up my order internationally and dealt with it in the most professional and caring way. Every item of clothing I’ve ever bought has been exceptional quality and lasted, but I especially want to give my praises to the owner, Simone, who will always go out of her way to ensure my experience is personalised and easy always honest about what looks good and what does not , even doing her best to source things that I want that she may not have. She has a great eye for style.
This is a stunning store with Lana Del Ray vibes. The range of clothing is diverse in colour, texture and style to suit many preferences. The staff were warm and helpful despite my lack of confidence and went the extra mile to help me feel gorgeous!
The BEST service. I had been looking and trying to contact other stores searching for the prom dress my daughter wanted. When I called Mussen Boutique I was fortunate to be helped by Mia. The dress is perfect the customer service was perfect I would and have recommended this store to family and friends.Thankyou
A stress-free and exciting experience shopping at Mussen Boutique. Also quite easily located with signage. The shop assistant, Mia, knew her products incredibly well and was able to offer me more than just an in-store service, I was able to get a dress ordered in that I tried on in-store in a different colour. 100% recommend for formalwear.
Loved my experience here. I was shopping for a dress to wear for a ball I was attending, and the girls went out of their way to make sure I felt great and looked amazing. I don’t usually leave reviews on these kinds of things, but my experience was probably the best customer service I have ever received ... and I shop A LOT. I’ll be back ladies! Xx
