One star due to the staff at this store in Canberra are unhelpful and just bleak/terrible. They can see that you're looking for some assistance but they continue to chat amongst themselves or eat at the front table where the leggings are. You need to approach them. They should get some staff training from their other store like Macquarie Centre in Sydney. I buy online now or wait till I take a trip to Sydney service is better there. I refuse to buy clothing from this store.
The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Came in here with leggings that had some imperfections and I felt some embarrassed for being so nit picky. I had emailed customer support online and they said pop into any store and they should be able to help me out. All staff validated my concerns and honoured a replacement. Thanks team at Canberra Center.
Love love love lululemon! The Canberra centre store has a great range. Some issues with finding my size on occasion, but this is more as the items I'm after are popular sizes. Staff are always really helpful & there are a few restock drops through the week. Really good quality gym/pilates/training gear!
Quality of products is great but on numerous occasions I have found the staff at this particular store to be terrible in terms of customer service. It's almost like it's a burden to stop their own personal conversations and actually serve customers who are wanting to buy the products that keep them employed. Really unimpressed. If I want Lululemon products in the future will be buying online rather than go into this store and experience downright rudeness.
Just purchased 2x keep moving pants. Megan couldn't have been more helpful and kind in fitting me. An awesome employee!!!
Girls were very friendly and helpful. Due to covid they have a very low stock.. but they do have pretty good quality leggings.
All displays were too messy, hard to locate what I need and the staff didn’t help initiatively.

Wow! Don’t attempt a refund for pants that pill after a month, or you’ll cop that much attitude from the sales assistant. Unbelievable!!
There is good location and many kind of sports wears what you want to need.
