The service in Canberra centre is so amazing and makes my shopping experience very happy. They tried different ways and took time to find the right size for me even in a very busy Black Friday time. Highly recommend!
Yesterday I visited this store, Olivia was working at the time and provided the most pleasant experience I’d had at a store all day, excellent customer service and such kind treatment, thank you to Olivia for making mine and my sisters whole day.
Staff were lovely and friendly. Got home to try my shoes on again, too find I had 2 different sizes. I live an hour and a half’s drive from the closest store. Very disappointed
My wife has over time has purchased 5 pairs of shoes from the Jo Mercer store Canberra. On each occasion she has been absolutely delighted with the service and choice of quality shoes available. As we are both just in our sixties we find on occasion we are a generation usually ignored when shopping but not in this store the staff are always attentive.
Worst return policy on sale items. Low quality shoes for the price. Very unhappy with my shopping experience. Rude and arrogant customer service. Wasted 119$. Not going back at all costs.
Super friendly and helpful staff, but one of my flats aren’t very comfortable for long standing.
Bought some $140 shoes. Sole came apart within two weeks. Woman at head office was very rude. Unpleasant shopping experience. Wouldn't recommend.
