I have purchased two pairs of ECCO walking shoes, both very comfortable. The first pair failed within one year with a seam splitting when the "cotton" gave way. I gave ECCO the benefit of the doubt and bought a second pair. It too lasted less than a year when the leather tore just above the sole. AUD300 shoes not lasting one year. And I cannot find a customer service number for the company - maybe they don't want to hear!! Loved the shoes but hate the service, can't afford to enjoy the comfort! Ted

Lovely shoes, very comfortable. A little over priced, but i only ever buy when on sale.

We can highly recommend visiting the ECCO store in Canberra. The shoes and bags are beautiful but it is the outstanding customer service that makes shopping here such a pleasure. Next time we visit Canberra we will be back to purchase more items. Thank you Sue !!! Many Thanks Ken and Linda Long
