Quite possibly the best customer service I have received anywhere for a very long time. Kristen is amazing. Service with a massive smile and a complete willingness to help. She is an asset to YD.
Fella working tonight 9/9/22 is very lazy, telling customers other shop YD Belconnen was closed at 6pm when they were open until 9pm, as he couldn’t be bothered asking for an item to be put aside via phone. Poor Customer Service

Not as large as the yd store at the Canberra Outlet Centre, not the same range. Well stocked and Staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. Curtains in change rooms require some strength to close and open as they are mounted high in the roof.
Not at all pleased with the current direction of this particular store. I have shopped here for the last 2 years as I love the yd pants. Just before Christmas I asked one of the young men working in this store for some assistance as I was in there for quite a while while 2 guys where dressing a mannequin looked over a few times but they just seemed to be having to good of a laugh to worry about their customers. So I asked one guy for assistance only to be met with serious attitude. This young gentleman was not very clear on the products he was selling so when I asked for some clarification , he simply walked off. After getting over that episode a couple of weeks later I decided to give the shop another try as I did feel sorry for the female manager on the previous visit. So today I walked in with the intention of buying all my work pants for the year. I usually buy 7 The same 2 young guys where working there, 1 behind the counter leaning over laughing and talking to the other young guy throwing a ball around. I’m all for enjoying the company of your colleagues, but these guys looked at me while I was trying to find the pants I was looking for and just didn’t bother to even ask if I was okay. So disappointed in this shop as I’ve steered other customers to this shop and now regret doing so , as they may have had the same experience as myself. YD need to perform a management review and possibly re-train the staff here. Their competitor will now be receiving my money.
It was ok but kind of frustrating. Real lack of sizes and stock in vests and suit pants. CHRONIC problem with Yd but vest buttons are always ready to fall off and last about 2 weeks no discount offered when I pointed that out. The sales guys and manager meant well but were inexperienced, didn’t seem to know what I was after so had to be pretty directive with them. Store got a little busy, so understandable. Discounts not applied well. E.g spend over $300 and $100 off - SURELY if I spent $600 which I did they could have given me $200 off without me having to leave and come back into the store. Tailoring options are not great - can’t let suits out at the middle Really? $40 for suit sleeve alterations? Just frustrating. Nice outcome overall I received a few mismatching items which will work well for work. Possibly most embarrassing part was being mistaken for a girl when buying men’s store clothes.
Worst place to go for a shop don’t know how to refund send me to the bank to check my account because they don’t know how to refund and send to the other store for refund and other store send me back again had travel between the store and pay parking fee for nothing. Worst experience ever. Will not recommend to visit YD CANBERRA CITY
