Found just what I was looking for a black long shirt, and black pants one the clearance rack, one of the Girls short hair red high light working there took it from me a said she will hold till I finish browsing, two minutes later she told me she can’t find the shirt and offered me something else. I kindly declined and told her I really loved the one I chose and that I wanted it, she told me it can’t be found and she doesn’t know what happened this happened in a matter of few minutes. I have never encountered something like this before. Not sure what is going on there… Very disappointed….
Went here with my mum to do some retail therapy for my birthday. I was overwhelmed with the amount of stock, there's alot to look at! Happy the girl working there was very helpful and we had a great chat. I could have stayed all day. Will definitely be back!
Had a great time here never tried the jeans on before and can’t believe there was so many to choose from and they were half price. Friendly staff and very helpful can’t wait to go back there

So glad Canberra got an outlet store for City Chic. Staff are SUPER helpful, friendly and just nice. Clothing is well made and there is so much choice you will always find plenty to suit your style and budget.
Staff were really friendly and helpful however there wasn't a great deal of good stock when I went
