Really horrible refund experience, I tried to return a skirt that had the tags that was within the refund time with my afterpay proof of purchase unfortunately I didn’t have my receipt but had definite proof of purchase, the lady tried to argue with me every step of the way saying they don’t do afterpay refunds even tho I bought it in store with afterpay, she also said it’s been over the 30 days and it had not, she then proceeded to try to say she can’t refund me and I have to exchange or get a gift card,I had to be rude in order for me to get my refund. She ended up going to the date I bought my item and printing out the receipt from that day and finding it and refunding me! A 5 minute process turned into a 25 minute process all because the lady Sadia didn’t want to help me. It was also not at a busy time at all as I went in at 10am and no one else was in store. Pathetic behaviour not sure if she’s the manager but not a good way to treat any customer. She should be ashamed.
Just want to thank Sharon for being so attentive and helping me and my friend find the perfect outfits. We did not make it easy for you but you did not give up. You’re the best Sharon
Very friendly staff member. Unfortunately they did not have what my wife was looking for today
