The store manager RACHEL is Pure class. Carries the BOSS brand perfectly. 5 star customer service. If anyone is unsure about anything in that store, just ask her !!!!! You will never be disappointed.

I experienced very bad customer service, actually I wasn't served! I needed to buy cufflinks, so I asked a young Asian lady I am describing in this way because unfortunately I didn't get her name where I could find them, she showed the drawer and left to talk with her coworkers,  the problem was, I didn't have access to get the cufflinks in that drawer... so, I went to the David Jones store and bought the Hugo Boss cufflinks from there... I am not a big fan of this brand, but they were a gift and I really needed it, otherwise, after that, I would never buy from this brand.

Tom is fantastic! My father and I visit frequently if we see Tom working in the store and we always end up spending with his incredible above and beyond customer service. The products are fantastic and he knows everything about them. I will continue to shop at Boss with the assistance from Tom.

Awful experience, I personally would never go back there again, after showed the staff the picture of the shoes I want, the guy threw  me a shoe box on the counter with the attitude and ask me to open it myself, then found the shoes are no where near what I asked for and have wrinkles on it, fews like some one worn for days, couldn’t understand why so arrogant ‍

An excellent experience. I needed help with a previous purchase and the assistant manager helped me out directly.  Also the staff was extremely helpful and the small purchase I made on the day was treated like it was special. I bought Hugo Boss suits in department stores before but this above and beyond experience helped me decide that from now on, I only want to purchase my HB clothing direct from the HB store.
