My 5* goes to two staff: Keyarna and Emma who tried to help me fit a sports bra, in March 2024. They were professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They remained constructive and cheerful with every less and less suitable item available in the shop. I didn't buy a sports bra at LJ, my rating of the products is 0*.
I explained quite clearly I was after a sports bra for high impact - ultra running/trail running/DD cup. The assistant guided me - with their ‘high impact’ option. On wearing : the false moulded cups moved around and up out of position and chafed, the bra ‘rode up’ at the band. When I called to see if I could return as didn’t do what required- all I got was - you’ve worn it, if an assistant didn’t help you I had an assistant, take the cups out, nothing we can do response - can’t be bothered dealing with them. Thankfully Lululemon practically next door have a perfect high impact bra and were so helpful - won’t go back to LJ - just reminded me why I stopped shopping there after the terrible job vacancy advertisement.
The few times I've gone in this LJ I've had a great experience, just wanted to praise one of the staff at this store for being so welcoming and helpful. I normally get quite uncomfortable in some activewear shops from the attitudes from staff but she was great and helped me find what I needed so quickly which was great. All the clothes I tried on were great quality and found the perfect pair of leggings and top pretty much straight away. I didn't catch her name but to the petite blonde woman who helped me, you gave some great tips and were lovely thank you :
Thoroughly impressed with the service from these lovely ladies. They helped me pick me pick the perfect pair of tights and were genuinely interested in providing me with the best products to suit my needs. Will go back again. I left feeling amazing! And excited to get into my active wear!!! Thank you
Had literally the best service of my life by Amber Ambar?. Really helpful & understanding and helped me find just the right things for me! Shopping, especially for exercise clothes can sometimes be a stressful experience, but with such kindness and expertise I left the store feeling so excited to use my new gear.
One of the staff there is inhospitable and not very helpful. She's only interested with meeting her targets and does not even give you a smile or tries to greet or talk to you. If she is the manager of the store, she has poor interpersonal skills and dreadful customer service. I would not recommend going to Canberra Centre Lorna Jane.
Did not have a good experience. Never notified of returns policy until I went to return an item bought 2 days prior still bagged with receipt and tags intact. Still refused refund even though I made evident that I was unaware of the policy and they failed to notify me before purchase. Definitely won’t go back.
Went in to buy a voucher and there happened to be a very rude customer trying to return something. However the behaviour of the two staff there was exceptional, I have never seen handling of something like this done so well they tried so hard to help and their tone and everything about them was so pleasant. Amazing job!!
Staff was very friendly and helpful, didn't find the colour of the product I wanted in the store, but was able to order it to get delivered to my address, which was very helpful.
The staff at this store are lovely! Very friendly and helpful.
