bought a Standard brand T shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas. He's worn it 3 times and its ripped in 4 places. It looked and fit really nice but the quality of fabric and make is rubbish. buyer beware, not worth the $40 I spent on it.
My friend broke her own skirt while changing into something from the store, and the staff were so helpful. They all gave a go at trying to fix the skirt to no success and then helped find a new skirt from the store for her. In the end we got a cheap skirt from a different store, but could not thank enough those lovely employees for trying to help and being so kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend this store for its lovely employees.
I lost the reciept when trying to get an exchange for an unwanted denim. However the staff in General Pants Store Canberra were super nice and helpful, they remembered me and the date I bought the item, went through the system and sorted out. Never experienced this type of service before. Thank you so much.
General Pants Co. Canberra Civic Centre, Canberra Centre does not know the meaning of customer service! I found the two staff rude, obnoxious and very unhelpful. They have no customer focus what so ever. Go to the Woden Store instead! Bre and Sam are so professional, obliging, friendly and very, very helpful. They even organised a shirt to be sent from there Shellharbour store overnight to Canberra. That’s what I call service! A big thankyou to the Woden store and team!
Thank General Pants Co. I haven’t had a pair of jeans in more than a decade and one of your staff was very helpful in finding the right one for me. I probably tried on more than 7 pairs till I found the right one.
