Nice little library, reasonable busy, good place to do some paperwork

Staff are incredible with kids and library was our favorite place to go with my 6,5 year old daughter until we encountered a person named Chloé working there. I have wrote a formal complaint against her and the way she spoke to me and my daughter after my daughter had a meltdown was absolutely unacceptable. Aware that manners and emotional intelligence is not something you can teach, but a minimum about children with disability and how to approach parent would be highly beneficial. As I am sure my child hasn't been the only one having a meltdown at the library and a parent  doesn't have to be shamed and told down by an individual that has no education or knowledge about the condition.

From the architectural design perspective, the two big triangle slope roof combine the huge vertical sky windows, and all the geometric shapes of wood beams,  they all make visional striking images.nthe plenty of soft natural light are thought sky windows into the library.nnThe furnitures here are lively designed with comfortable fabrics. Functionality, simplicity and design themes can be seen in this library.nnThe old trees surround this library, they make the nice atmosphere.

A good library and staff who are helpful ..tight parking spacesnSpacious with good sectional areas children adults teenager'snPhotocopier   wheel chair accessibility.

One of my favourite spot in Auckland on weekend. Super friendly staff, lots of parking and it is next to westfield st. Lukes.
