A clean and organised library, with helpful staff BUT as long as one is friend with the staff, they're then allowed to treat the place as their local cafe and be loud and disruptive to other visitors. That's incredibly rude to respectful users needing the peace.
Helpful librarian staff can assist with computer/IT queries. Don't usually go there for books.nI've always experienced above average service.

Good libaray, the atmosphere is nice and the staff all seem really nice especially to their regulars, always lots of banter. This is also a downside though because it is very loud. I do feel a bit safer here than I do at Henderson library, don't see a bunch of homeless sleeping here. They also always seem to have the book I need which is handy.
The ladies in the library are szuper helpful, and always nice with me and my children.nThe library is nice and clean.
