Very caring, well planned exercise regimen with continual improvement built in for Pete. Luke is an excellent Exercise physiologist who takes time to listen, shows patience, takes things slowly at a pace that suits Pete and offers consistent encouragement. The admin team are also excellent....time and energy efficient and listen well and execute your wishes with minimal effort from us ...we love it!!

Great Gym with everything you could want. Music is relaxing, not the senseless 'DOOF DOOF' garbage one finds in so many 24/7 gyms. The Exercise Physiologists took us through programs appropriate to our needs, and checked our progress each time we returned. Renee and Ron.

Great staff, so friendly and helpful.   Exercises tailored to individuals,  caters for older population.  Feel very comfortable that exercises will help strengthen muscles to help with osteoporosis.

So appreciate the Team at Movement 4 Health... either one on one Exercise Physio sessions for specific need/injury or their group fitness and well-being classes...my strength, flexibility and stability all continue to improve significantly... I cannot recommend them highly enough.  Thanks team M4H
