Great gymnastics program for kids of all ages with patient instructors who work well with kids. Admin are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also want to praise them for their clean toilets.
I want to say it is so inconvenient that the pool is closed between 11am and 330pm. Those are literally the hottest hours when I would want to go for a swim. It does not make any sense that the pool is closed in the middle of Summer with this heat. You may want to consider opening all day normal hours or else you are losing lots of customers!!
Yet again no lifesaver for the pool at opening time, customers kept waiting. How about offering free admission when this happens? Or maybe confirm rosters?
Very disappointed with very unprofessional response from Aaron Miller, who is a manager at YMCA Victoria Point. YMCA has been taking money out of my credit card for last few months. I have had 3 telephonic conversations and a personal visit to YMCA Victoria Point to provide all the details but they still want to physically see my credit card statement again . They are still taking money out of my account. They are very sweet when they want you to become a member but have been taking money illegally from my credit card. Hope it will be resolved soon.
I go swimming 3 times a week and I find the pool very clean. A few big leaves hardly an issue. Yes it's busy at 7 to 8 am however I still find I enjoy my swimming.
