Dr Mina is by far the best doctor I’ve ever been to.  He takes the time to listen to your health concerns and is incredibly kind and knowledgeable.  I’ve been to other practices in the area and been very disappointed.  Receptionists and nurses are also exceptional!

Petrise Lockyer was absolutely incredible with my 3 year old daughter, she took her time to calm her down played games and even made bubbles    for her, also the girls at the reception were amazing, we’re really happy

These doctors are seriously amazing. Your not just a number and rush to get you in and out. They take their time to explain everything to you. Very through with every visit. Dr Mina treats my children so well with patients. Makes them feel at ease and not scared of going to the doctors. Even made my son a ballon animal.

Lovely doctor, very caring and so knowledgeable. Not a doctor who just hands out  prescriptions, she actually cares what is happening and will get to the bottom of any issue you may have. Staff are just as good, clean surgery and you are made to feel like a family member here and not a number. As appointments are well spaced i have only ever waited a maximum of 10 minutes and never any longer. Im so glad i found this awesome surgery

My family has been going to this practice for years, Dr Olivia was our main Dr, in the beginning, she was AMAZING! Caring, accurate diagnosis, professional... however over the last year or so, we've noticed her changed behaviour, not only that, but we've noticed the care we were receiving wasn't the same as what we once received by her. We couldn't help but feel a sense of rudeness, unwillingness to fully listen to our concerns and started down playing our genuine health concerns.  Sad to say but I no longer trust her with my families health as she has shown that she's inconsistent with her moods and level of care she gives to patients. I have 2 other family friends who mentioned the same issues as I have, perhaps she's just not enjoying what she's doing, who knows!  I also faced issues with the reception staff whenever Roxanne and Stacey weren't there. I hope she finds her passion for patient care again, because she really was  an amazing family Dr we went to for years, but NOT any more.
