Some very unfair reviews of this doctor's surgery. I have been going there for years, it is bulk billed for everyone which is amazing, it is open until late, I, my husband and 12 year old have seen various doctors. If you want to see a specific doctor, yes it can be a long wait, but much shorter than in Emergency at a hospital. Our long term family doctor Dr Robert Novic & his wife Dr Dominique Novic joined this surgery after running their own in Manly for 25 years, they are amazing, have a wonderful bedside manner & are always there to help with a listening ear, they give you all the time you need which may account for longer wait times, however, I would prefer to wait and get top notch professionalism, over our daughter's 12 years they have guided us through heart surgeries amongst other problems, no complaints from me. I highly recommend.

This is the worst medical centre I’ve ever been to. Yes there are good people who work here but unfortunately every time I’ve been here I’ve had to deal with at least one of the staff members being quite rude to me and I have always left the place uphappy. All staff should know that a little compassion goes a long way, especially dealing with people who are there to seek medical help. I will never ever go back to this place.

Stear clear of this practice, I had to come here a while ago for a severe toothache and when I was away the hospital gave me strong painkillers, which I then went and saw one of the doctors who was dark and he flat out called me a drug addict! Skip down the track to a couple of months later, I started getting excruciating back pain again, due to having six months worth of chemo last year and the only thing that helps is the strong painkillers. Started seeing Doctor Kramer, she was really good, had no problems with prescribing the medication, I was awaiting to see a pain doctor up at Brisbane Private Hospital. Thought It was a bit weird that she didn't want to write out scans or anything to have done on my back. She then went away on holidays and I was out of my medication. So I had to see another Doctor called Doctor Naveen. Told him what happened, he said that's fine, he's happy to write the script, but usually I don't like seeing other doctors, especially for these medications. But there was nothing I could do, my doctor had gone on holidays. Went back and saw doctor Naveen and wanted him to change some of the medication, cause I was taking too many of the other pain killers, said he didn't want to touch anything, because he's not my regular doctor, yet he was able to write out the strong painkillers without a drama. Finally I go and see Doctor Naveen to get another script, and he says he can't write them out anymore, because they got a letter from somewhere saying I've been too multiple doctors getting the same script! Ummm yeah that's because my doctor decided to piss off early and go on holidays! So I then asked him what do I do, at that point he said he can't prescribe them to me at all, that I'd need to go to the hospital, which I did. I went to the Redlands, which is hopeless! Waited there from 5pm until Midnight, and for the emergency doctor to keep asking what I was here for again, I felt like an absolute waste of space, even though I was balling my eyes out cause I was in so much pain. He didn't do anything and said to me "We're not a regular GP, we can't just give you scripts, you need to see a GP in the area!" yeah mate, that's what i did, but was refused because their accusing me of going to multiple doctors. Finally Doctor Kramer gets back, she says the same thing, "I can't prescribe this medicine for you, because we've got a letter from the DDU (Drug Dependency Unit) and it says you've got to multiple practices!" TWO! I've been to TWO practices all this year. So I asked her if she had a number I call to the DDU and tell them their full of lies! I phoned them up, told them what happened, and wouldn't you believe it, the DDU were telling me to go to a different GP, WHAT.THE.HELL! If your looking for a decent GP, one that doesn't piss off without telling you so you have to be forced to see another doctor, DO.NOT.GO.HERE! There a waste of time, and they don't look after you and find out what the problem is, their more interested in you signing a from and getting out!

I think this place in fantastic. To all the people with negative reviews go to A&E and wait 5 hours. Receptionist very polite and nurse was fantastic.

Wait times are a joke, doctors there are dodgy...they stuff around to much inbetween patients...these doctors get paid generous hourly rate. They all need the sack.
