First time patient at Feetology, Victoria Point. Easy access,no trouble parking! While David was attending to my feet, he discussed my health issues, that may well affect my feet in the future..real eye opener! Cant stop looking at my beautiful feet! Great, prompt service, and I look forward to my next visit.
My 1st experience with an ingrown toenail, I went to see David at Feetology and was very pleased with the great service they provide. They were friendly, thorough and very affordable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this great local service.
My elderly husband is a patient of podiatrist, Ian Hung, and we both greatly appreciate his excellent work, care and attention with my husband's complicated foot problems. Ian is conscientious, skilful and thorough, making every effort to relieve my husband's pain and discomfort. In addition, he communicates very effectively with us, explaining fully the situation and his treatment. Last week, Ian was concerned about my husband's painful toe, authorising an x-ray of it to check for osteomyelitis and also recommending a visit to the doctor for antibiotics. His diagnosis of osteomyelitis was correct and a long course of antibiotics was commenced. Ian always goes the extra mile, phoning me at home about the results of the x-ray and advising me to watch out for any significant changes in my husand's health. He also contacted my husband's doctor with the necessary medical information. We greatly value Ian's commitment to my husband's wellbeing and to our peace of mind. I think we are fortunate to be looked after by a podiatrist of Ian's calibre, professionalism and dedication, and we wish to acknowledge this fact warmly and gratefully.
If I could give more stars I would! Such a calm and caring atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. They go above and beyond for there patients. Sakina was absolutely amazing and very understanding of my needs, being very anxious.
Sakina was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her. I should add that Ariella on reception was especially pleasant and helpful.
Our experience with this clinic was absolutely fabulous. My daughter had an absolute fear of somebody hurting her ingrown toenails but Ian from the practice was superb. A gentle kind efficient and very reassuring man. Thank you for your spectacular service.
Had an appointment with Ian who was amazing. Initial greeting was excellent & felt comfortable with him from the start. He listened to my needs which is always important & was very gentle & caring. All in all it was a great experience..felt like I had new feet when I walked out. Look forward to seeing him in 6 weeks time if not before. Well done Ian

I have been seeing Mark for a while now and have been absolutely thrilled. The amount of care and effort that Mark puts into his job is honestly inspiring. If you are having feet issues, feetology is the place to go!
I took my mum here on Friday. Trang Tring looked after my mum and did a fantastic job. My mum had hidden from us how bad her feet really were. I could see trang looking at my mum from time to time to make sure she was coping ok . I was so impressed and will be taking my mum here regularly. Thank you so much. Update. My mum has been coming here for a while now. The standard is always 5 star. I like that they ask how my mum is. Have time for a chat and do a fantastic job.
