Best experience ever. I’m not a fan of dentists, as up until now they have been happy to take their fee, inflict some pain and you never want to go back again. Not so with Dr Cheema, she was kind and explained all my choices. Courtney at the front desk is also brilliant. I can’t tell enough people about my amazing experience as they both went above and beyond my expectations. True professionals. You won’t be disappointed with their service, as I am over the moon with mine.
By far the best dental experience I have had. Dr Ghandami was excellent and in a class of his own. I am usually fairly anxious about going to the dentist from some past traumatic experiences but after a few minutes in the chair at primary dental I knew it was going to be ok and this was the right place. There was minimal pain, everything was explained clearly and he was happy to answer and questions and discuss options on what needed to be done. The best part was since the visit my teeth have felt fantastic with zero issues. Very high quality work. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are worried about going to the dentist or anxious primary dental at Vic point is the place to go. Ask for Dr Ghandami. The only thing I could say negative was they were about 20 minutes late but everything else was fantastic.
Came in for Zoom Whitening. The Dentist and Dental assistant were very lovely, respectful and so helpful with before and aftercare. Very happy with my results and definitely will be spreading the word of how pleasant my experience was. Thank you so much dental team
Dr Sari Simawy was very friendly and competent. He gave me a quote, and confidence every step of the procedure. All the staff were friendly. Highly recommend this dental clinic.
Dr Mamta Soni was beyond capable and helpful! I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled out on the same day. Recovery was excellent, no issues. Would definitely recommend her.
Dr Sari was amazing. Best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone was friendly and provided excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend.
My 19 year old son went here for a routine check and clean and came home with a quote for $300 worth of work including fillings that the Dentist said was required and printed out on the letterhead of a Dentist that hasn’t worked there in over 2 years. Didn’t even do an X-ray to confirm. I sent my Son to another local trusted Dentist who did xrays and he was told there was nothing wrong with his teeth, no cavities, nothing. In addition to this they send out texts for check ups way before they are due. Unless you keep a record of when you last attended many people would just trust them and attend an appointment that they didn’t need. This is not the first questionable thing they have done. Think twice before going to Primary Dental at Victoria Point.

Outstanding service from Dr Nav and Ash her assistant. They were both super patient and explained everything in a non- confusing way so I could understand being a first timer. highly recommended!
