I have been attending this practice for years. I believe that Dr Jin, his fellow doctors plus reception staff & Rochelle who is the nurse, are dedicated & caring people. Dr Jin takes time to listen & explain about anything you inquire about. I will continue to go there in the future. II wish these lovely people all the best for the future. Merryl Horton
This place is ridiculous- overbooking the doctors not giving them enough time to assess patients properly and trying to squeeze as many patients in possible for one day. Doctors here need a forefront and should stick together and open their own surgery. Say no more I have been there twice this week
Reception staff extremely rude and patronising. Professional advice: You're part of a money making business, if you treat clients disrespectfully and in a patronising manner then clients will take their money to another business. And if you, as a medical receptionist are finding that you have a miserable and nasty attitude each day then perhaps see one of the doctors in your surgery for some mood balancing medication.
Love this general practice, that’s why we’ve been going here for years. Always friendly and super supportive of both myself and my complex needs son.
The doctors are great and the reception staff are always friendly and efficient. My only complaint is the wait time despite having made an appointment. Everytime I have an appointment for myself or kids, the dr is always late and today, as I type this, I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes. I work full time and have 3 little children. I cannot afford to wait for half an hour. I think this can be managed better to respect patients’ time. The receptionist could call perhaps 1.5hrs in advance? Or there should be a slot at mid m-day for doctors to catch up rather than slotting in patients too close to one another? Thanks.
Best Doctors practice I have ever been to. The reception is always lovely & remembers my name & Dr Jin is very caring and thoughtful & most of all he LISTENS. He has help me make some massive changes in my life. I couldn't recommend this Practice more highly! My permanent doctors surgery after looking for a long time. The app is so easy to use and even if I walk in with no appointment, they are extremely accommodating. Thank you! And I cant forget BULK BILLING. Not easy to find all that on one place but I have :
I have been here on multiple occasions, always with a massive wait time. I go here for scripts and vaccines because it's bulk bill. However, today I found out one of the doctors referred me to the local public hospital for antenatal appointments, without my permission, without me asking for it, which resulted in months of unnecessary appointments, confusion between myself and doctors and an incredible amount of unneeded stress during my first pregnancy. I'm a private patient with a private OB and do not required a GP to make assumptions. I will never go here again.
They were about 40mins late, and then I was given a different doctor than the one I booked with. The doctor I had wasn’t attentative to my needs. I was told I would need to book another appointment to discuss adding simple magnesium onto my bloods. Felt uncomfortable when she started googling for information as well. I’m sure some doctors are lovely, just make sure you get to see the one you booked for.
My whole family has been going here for years and we absolutely love this place. The staff and doctors are always extremely friendly and helpful and they always manage to get me in short notice when I need to. Definitely the best doctors centre I've been to in the Redlands.
I have been to a lot of doctors in the last few years but none have ever made me feel so welcome and so confident that I was going to be treated properly and find a diagnosis. Thankyou Reza..
