Absolutely incompetent. Have never dealt with an organisation so disorganised and unprofessional. One star is far too generous for these absolute clowns

In the past 6 months I've been without half the electricity to my home and had it take over 6 weeks and a threat to cease paying my rent for anything to come of it. The agents also illegally entered our property for their last inspection; my house mates were at home for the 3 hour bracket they provided and they left 15 minutes after, only to come home to an inspection sheet . I've made several complaints to the office and they simply don't give a damn. On one of my phone calls to metropolitan Estates they've not advised me of call recordings until 6 minutes into the conversation (which consisted mostly of them condescending to me rather than appreciating my concerns)
I have requested a copy of the call recording, 4 weeks later and still nothing. A previous review says "it's a shame I have to give them even 1 star" and I couldn't agree more.

Great after hours Service

Staff always available to help, i'm old so I asked for a free appraisal. The salesperson arranged a meeting at my place. I didn't realise my place was in demand. I was happy I sold and now live in a nice apartment and have retired. No expensive commission or over the top advertising. I was happy with what I paid and was treated as a priority.

Good to see their properties online.  Happy they call me back. Staff let me know what they have coming available as well. I pay rent online. Good so far.
