The absolutely worst Real Estate Company ever. They are not professional or organised and can give you very misleading information. They will always try to be professional but they're not. They don't even train their staff properly, you have to chase after this person, that person to get an answer and when they tell you someone will contact you, this never happens. They never follow up on anything. All you ever hear is them communicating to each other in Chinese, how is that professional when others don't speak the language, shouldn't it be in English. You wouldn't want to make your customers feel uncomfortable by speaking another language and starring at them? I just felt like they were bad mouthing about me while speaking to each other and I find it very rude myself. This so call try to be boutique real estate is nothing but rubbish. Don't ever waste your time coming to these guys. Their prices in houses are ridiculous, you rather bring yourself to a known company than these guys here, especially ADELAIDE CITY BRANCH, it's a shame that this franchise had gave them self a bad rating real estate boutique as it effects the branches like Adelaide Hills which aren't even owned by the Adelaide City Branch. Once again, you'll want to double question if you would like to go to these guys for anything.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGERS EVER! Did not manage property which had tbousands of dollars of damage and no ingoing inspection report to show which I paid them to do. DO NOT USE! Here are a few of the issues I had to name only a few: There is no inspection sheet or photos of when the tenants moved it or final inspection to cross reference which is stated on sa.gov.au that is compulsory and every time I chase up I am told lies saying they are still looking into it. The 3 month inspection rates the bathroom and bedroom as ‘satisfactory coindition,’ but rotted door frames, mouldy wet carpet and orange mould growing in bathroom. They tried to pin a loose shower head on me for damage, but I was not told it was causing damage and it only needed finger tightening. That nut is there for the shower user to change height. Was not faulty and water still all over bathroom and mops set up in the last week of tenancy with no bath mat in sight. 9 months of Belle knowing of water damaging carpet and door frames and still occurring. Water damage from shower wall through to walk in robe was not reported to me. Property manager being fired 2 weeks before the lease is up and I am not contacted and eventually told he left on his own accord. One of many lies The property was leased at $460 furnished and without my consult for the second year unfurnished they post ads for $450 a week. Then 4 weeks later, the new PM is suggesting we advertise it for $380. Big difference and costing me allot of money when not pitched out of the market with an extremely too high price. The new property manager told me to find another agent and didn’t want my business. I had to call Bessie Fang to raise the issue. Under Belles management, my house has thousands of dollars of damage and they want to run away and not fix their mistake. The time I have to put into managing Belle is more than managing tenants. Constantly trying to get tradesmen to go there to fix the damage or fix up their poor workman shipwork. The PM left all that work to me. I should not have to make the cleaner go back again and again to clean a mouldy fridge, clean mould from the shower, wet vac the heavily stained carpets. She even told me he fixed it all up, and it hadn’t been done so I had to chase it up again. The second open inspection that Jess for some reason suggested we cancel on a Thursday night due to paint fumes of newly painted walls, arrived 10 minutes after open inspection time leaving 3 separate groups standing out the front in the heat. We discussed specifically to get there early to turn in air cons and so forth. I thought all of the problems lay with the PM, who they initialled said left on his on accord, but latter found had fired two weeks before the end of the first twelve month tenancy where this was still problems that had not been managed or sorted from the 3 month inspection. The water issue from the shower was still happening, and opening when I went to the final inspection with the new PM, mop buckets set up, no bath mat, the door frames that had been fixed that week finally and were already at risk of starting their decay like the last ones. They tried to blame the issue on a hanging shower head that I tightenend with my fingers months ago and there was still water everywhere. The report where they mention in small print the shower head is hanging does not mention any damage being caused by it and deems the overall rating of the bathroom satificatory. The orange mould growing in the shower? The mould growing in the wet carpet, the rotting door frames? Satisfactory? STAY AWAY FROM BELLE. YOU PAY THEM TO WORK AGAINST YOU. YOU'LL GET BETTER VALUE THROWING YOUR MONEY IN THE BIN THAN HIRING BELLE. AT LEAST WHEN YOU THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE BIN, IT WON'T COST YOU MORE MONEY UNLIKE HIRING BELLE.
