Lack of systems and follow ups have lead to a poor overall experience. 

Too much time has been wasted and I need to remind their admin team of things multiple times before anything happens. 

I just hope my matters get solved and worked on so I don't need to continue getting
involved with Mastracorp and issues that I face with using their service. 

Ive wasted alot of time with little prevail. Days turn into weeks which means lost revenue and lost days of work. Not a happy experience & I hope I don't face this level of unprofessionalism again. 

Matters that should have been solved within a matter of hours get dragged on for days, sometimes weeks. 

Overall: I wouldn't recommend my family or close business associates to use the service here as they'd get treated poorly and the bad service would reflect negatively on me. Frustration leads to second chances, which leads to further frustration and then resentment which I am at now.

It's been a very bad experience for one of my business associates with setting up their office.

My business isn't able to operate and market it's services properly as my suppliers office isn't being attended to by Mastracorp.

They had no power for 2 weeks, and they are not helping them with their current wifi difficulties.

Horrible service. Horrible systems and shocking customer service/experience.

Disappointed in the lack of quality and customer service. Very unresponsive and not helping us with our power connection & wifi needs. 

Nearly a month has gone by with no result.

A huge thank you to Nicholas and Dion Mastrangelo for the effective management and sale of our first home. We listed our first home, turned rental property with Mastracorp earlier this year after finding out we were going to have a baby and in need of some extra funds. Throughout the sales process we were always met with professionalism, enthusiasm and expertise. Both Dion and Nick made us feel as though the sale of our home was their personal priority and made us feel confident that they would be able to get us the best price possible. Having never sold a property before my husband, Andrew and I didn’t even know where to start – Dion and Nick were informative when explaining the sales and marketing process and followed up with the implementation of a seamless sales and marketing campaign. They were helpful and committed when interpreting legal jargon and amending contracts to suit both us and the buyer to ensure the sale went ahead without a hitch. Nick and Dion kept us in the loop and made us feel informed and re-assured the whole time. The process was seamless and they managed communication with third parties such as tenants, conveyancers and body corporates to minimise the impact on myself and my husband. Nick and Dion were also able to overcome many obstacles along the way and adapt to still deliver an optimal result in our desired time-frame, suiting both us and the buyer. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
