I would like to put a ZERO star but there is no such option. Stay away from harris real estate if you want to rent a property. It's a terrible experience to rent a  house from them. never check the smoke alarm, only send her assistant when you need to communicate face to face, extremely picky at the final inspection. the property manager will check every single inch of the house with a magnifier. and she will never satisfied. no matter how hard you try to fix the problems. the only thing they want is money.

Property management team is absolutely useless and unethical. We were strung along with no communication for over a week with our rental application. We were constantly told we would have a response that day but never heard anything until we ended up withdrawing our application due to their incompetence. Team leader didn't care either - again promised a phone call within 2 hours with an update and nothing. My work reference had to call them back 4 times as no one ever answered the phone - one time he did get through and they told him they didn't know what he was talking about. They also lied about leaving multiple messages with another reference and then complained to me they were unable to contact my references. My reference had no messages from them at all. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

I spent 8 hours cleaning and scrubbing my property ABSOLUTELY clean (meanwhile with a bulged disk and sciatica) Only to have them pick on; furniture marks in carpets and ‘stains’ which were not there (I have photos), new ‘soap marks’ in the shower (soap washes off with water in one wash, doesn’t it not??) which is BS as they were stained when I moved in, and apparently the oven in stained which was MARKED when I moved in!!!! Spider webs and dust which can easily be dusted off in one second.They are also forcing me to pay for a cleaner for this and not letting me come back!!! Ummmm shifty much?? Obviously they are greedy, money-stealing thieves who will pick on ANYTHING and will refuse to let even the tenant come back for what appears to be a 20 MINUTE clean up, JUST so they can squeeze every penny out of me. Absolutely ridiculous and am going to recommend against Harris. 
Ridiculous.

Agent pitched a price to us that was unrealistic when selling our house. Once sold - didn’t receive a phone call to say congratulations, just an email. And no parting gift to say thanks for the huge commission they received.

Terrible experience buying a house with harris, the agent was nice up until the day after settlement. Had issues with the previous owners leaving rubbish at the house and tried resolving it with Harris but got completely ignored and when I complained the person dealing with it completely ignore my phone calls aswell. Very unprofessional and will never deal with them again.
