Do not rent with these people. They are rude, unhelpful and they will dog you out of your bond. They even tried to get us to pay an electricity bill for the time after our lease had expired and we had left.

These people are actual rubbish. They lie to your face, don't do the job they are paid to do, plus terrible service. Actually don't bother.

I am not sure what the other people who have reviewed are talking about, I am a tenant of Phillis Real Estate and all the staff from reception to property managers, to the routines guy are very lovely.

The sales team are fantastic. I couldn't be happier with their service, would definitely reccomend Phillis real estate to anyone selling.
