Kevin and his team sold our property in Mitcham in September 2017.  Everything was excellent.  Kevin is an extremely genuine and honest person and this also reflects on his team that work for him.  We got a very high price for our cottage.  Much more than we thought. Everything from start to finish went smoothly with no stress and a great end result.  Kevin is always available to talk to and helps you through the whole process.  I would only use Kevin and his team if I ever need an agent again.

never had such a bad experience with any real estate ,I have been a tenant since 2007 ,full time worker  hardly at home , good   payer .always happy with agents and agent with me .I m also a landlord (investment property ),so I can understand both side .
they  have always done their own regular inspection  and giving me a long note   of how to take care of house in a very unprofessional and rude  manner(blaming us for a water mark on the floor of bath room !!!) 
the landlord gave his handy man, who was in the back yard to fix something ,permission to enter my bed room while I was at work and was not aware of this !! and agent has not done any thing about that !!!
the landlord decided to replace  10 floor board and glass panel in kitchen  as he thinks it has been damaged and charge  us for more than $3500 .the agent had their last inspection done 6 weeks before we move out and they hadn t mentioned any thing about those  glass panel or floor board .!!!!I m surprised while their  eyes do not miss a water mark inside the bath room ,how do they miss such a big damage on floor board !!!!!!and they sent us their report almost 2 months after we moved out !!!!!
they are just a few incidences of their unprofessional  and unfair  way to deal with tenants !!

MY LAST TRUTHFUL REVIEW IS CONCERNING TO HOME BUYERS

 HOW CAN THEY REMOVE FACTUAL EVIDENCED COMPLAINTS BY THEMSELVES TO HOLD ONLY SO CALLED POSITIVE ??REMARKS. THEN CALL ME AND HANG THE PHONE UP WHEN HE WAS INFORMED OF HIS BEHAVIOUR

SOLD HOMES..STILL ADVERTISED ON THE INTERNET AS..STILL FOR SALE., 

BUT SOLD..

THEY WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME WHEN THE LOWER MITCHAM HOMETTE WAS ALREADY SOLD

TO GAIN MORE NAMES TO SELL HOUSES TOO, OWNER HUNG UP ON ME BUT THATS OK..

ADVERTISING ASKING PRICE BUT EFFECTIVELY AUCTIONS GOING ON.. EFFECTIONATELY RUNNING AUCTIONS BETWEEN BIDDERS. ASKING PRICES ARE NOT *REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS *

OWNER TOLD ME YOU SHOULD TAKE THE NUMBERVOFFVTHE SALE SIGN, RING IT, TO THEN FIND OUT IF THE HOUSE IS SOLD..  THIS WHOLE SALE PRICE, THEN AUCTION HIGHER TO ADVERTISED SOLD HOMES AS FOR SALE
IE $590K ASKING PRICE, OH SORRY WE HAVE A HIGHER OFFER..THE GOVT SHOULD INSIST THE LAW THAT ASKING A FIXED PRICE IS THE MAX A PERSON BELIEVES IS REQUIREDTO PAY ..FIRST OFFER AT THE ASKING PRICE SHOULD SECURE THE OWNERSHIP IN ALL REAL ESTATE SITUATIONS.

IT'S WAS NOT ADVERTISED AS AN AUCTION LOWER MITCHAM  HOMETTE, BUT ASKING PRICE $590k..SERIOUS FINES SHOULD BE IMPOSSED FOR BREACHES UNDER THE REINSITUTE AND IT SHOULD BE LAW ALL LICENCED REAL ESTATE AGENCIES MUST BE MEMBERS SO THE PUBKIC HAS MUCH QUICKER RECOURSE TO STOP THIS BEHAVOUR IMMEDIATELY..

GO TO THE AGENTS HOUSE SALES..SEE THE HOMETTE. FOR SALE..  IT'S BEEN SOLD UNDER CONTRACT, THEY WILL BE HOPING TO HAVE IT AS NOT FOR SALE UNTIL 28TH JANUARY 2017 THE FINANCE DATE,UNBELIEVABLE
