Sorry you feel that way. Henry is a respected member of the Adelaide business community. The Payneham unit will be sold to the best offer, adhering to the campaign as advertised. Henry speaks to me daily with updates. Of course he stays in touch with those who have made offers!!!!!! It's a great spot and I really hope the eventual buyer loves it!!!

WARNING TO ALL VENDORS.
Do not use Henry Vong from Smallercomb Burnside/Mitcham.
When recently negotiating to buy a unit he is trying to sell in Payneham, he told me to put in my best offer and he was submitting all offers to the vendor that night. He then went on to say to me (twice), “make sure it’s your best offer, I don’t want you to come crying to me tomorrow when you don’t get it.” I told him it would be my best offer and if my offer wasn’t successful that night, I would withdraw it as I intend to make an offer on another unit. 
I submitted my offer, which was  in the price range Henry said the vendor was looking to achieve.
The next day Henry called and said my offer was too low and had been rejected by the vendor. Later that day I made an offer on the other unit and after some negotiation with the agent, we got the deal done.
Today Henry calls me and tells me my offer was the best and the vendor has accepted my offer. I reminded him that my offer expired over a week ago. I told him that I had bought another unit but I was still interested in buying his unit but not at the price I originally offered. He then became abusive and told me I was rude and immature. As a result, I reminded him of his comment “don’t come crying to me” and suggested he was now doing the crying. And with that he hung up on me.
If you are considering selling your property, do not use Henry Vong from Smallercomb Mitcham and Burnside. He is not a negotiator. He is a manipulator that becomes aggressive and burns any potential buyers that walk through your front door and want to buy your property.

David Smallacombe sold our block of land down at Aldinga Beach. We were reassured from the start by his professional, relaxed and friendly manner and very satisfied with the sale price. David's experience ensured the entire process was worry free. If you can secure David as your agent, do it.
