Refined Real Estate were able to sell my commercial property fast and i got the money i asked for and it was settled in a couple of weeks no hassles, nothing complex and very smooth. This type of dedication is very hard to find so i recommend them to anyone selling a property.

So glad I searched to see if anyone else had a terrible experience with refined real estate. I couldn't agree anymore with the recent comments and if this agency actually had a conscience! Well why go there when after my experience they clearly don't. Plenty of good agencies out there and in my opinion this is by far not one of them.

I have been looking for a rental property near Linden Park for a few weeks. Of all the application forms handed out to me, the Refined Real Estate form is the best--it is the simplest but contains necessary information. Joanne Pandos really cares for people. I made a request in the morning and she arrange a property visit just in few hours. It is awesome.
