We have used Agency Avenue Schinellas for many years now in relation to our investment properties.  Tami and the Team are second to none!  Tami has an incredible eye for detail when it comes to the inspection of our properties and she leaves no stone unturned for which we are always extremely grateful.  Tami also has a very friendly and cheerful disposition and her communication skills are exceptional.  We highly recommend Tami as a Property Manager - you won't be disappointed.

We highly recommend Agency Avenue Schinellas. Pat and DeArna worked professionally to sell our family home recently in Flagstaff Hill. DeArna provided advice on the presentation, with Pat keeping in regular contact with progress of negotiations by interested people. We were very happy with the quick outcome, and a higher price than we expected. This is the second property where we used Pat Schinella's experience, professionalism and negotiating skills. 5 years ago we subdivided our property and Pat assisted with referring surveyors, development consultants and worked hard to sell the land and obtain a great price for a fair commission. Schinella's is a true family business, with son Marco Schinella at the time assisting with marketing of the land. For our recent home sale, Pat's daughter DeArna guided us through the marketing and legal paperwork. Thank you Pat, DeArna, Damien and Marco, from Tina and Con Melino.

I would highly recommend Marco & Pat to anyone looking to buy or sell property. They understood what we were looking to achieve and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. Their communication & passion for the industry make them stand out from any other agents that we had dealt with in the past.

I engaged Tania to look after my property; she came to inspect and provide advice on a Thursday, after a healthy discussion with Tania she had booked a photographer and by the following week the property was listed and an open was attended by a number of potential tenants. A great tenant was secured the following week. We had a few issues that needed to be resolved due to builder  but Tania sorted all issues very professionally. Tania was extremely communicative throughout the process, provided great advice, feedback and recommendations in preparing the property and selecting a great tenant. I would definitely recommend Tania and Marco at Agency Avenue Schinellas

A great tenant was secured the same week. Tania was extremely communicative throughout the process, provided great advice, feedback and recommendations in preparing the property and selecting a great tenant.
