Staff are rude, they interrupt and have a very bad attitude.

My property was under management with this agency for year or so. I had to many complaints from the tenant so I took over the management. Two main issues I found after taking over: 
1) The agency has lost the master keys for the home and handed me the wrong keys.
2) The property wasn't inspected properly, therefore many issues were left pending and this has caused few major damages to the property (including a leak in ceiling and damaged guttering).
