Lead Estate Agents have made being a landloard hassle free. The team are always so efficient, trustworthy and super nice. A complete offering with excellent service - I know my property is in safe and experienced hands.

As a Care taker for an Apartment block I was amazed by the attitude of some female staff at Lead Real Estate (Britt & girl answering calls). One of the tenants in our building moved out so Lead Real Estate organised a cleaner to come and clean. However when the cleaners left the building they left a a trail of dirt from the apartment to the lift, plus a mess in the lift. I contacted them to ask the cleaners to come back to clean up but was met with a very bad attitude from staff - basically we can't be bothered and it's not our problem. Britt is also ignoring my text messages. We have had similar incident and other real estate companies have always been happy to send someone around again the clean up. definitely a real estate company I won't recommend to anyone - the girls need a good lesson in positive attitude.

We have used Daniel and his LEAD team for the last 2 sales and will ALWAYS choose to use LEAD. They are brilliant at what they do, they are honest and are pretty bang on with their market research. Extremely professional and would highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting a seamless, stress free sale. Fantastic experience...LEAD is the perfect name as they certainly do LEAD from the front.
