Scarce Real Estate is a family company independently owned and operated since 1957. Highly respected within the industry we were proud winners of the 2008 Adelaide City & Eastern Local Business Award after making the finals in this category in 2007 and we were again finalists in 2009 and 2010. Really disappointing! They kept promising to refund the residential bond that went through to their account but over six weeks I had to contact them four times..another promise today to process saying they had a glitch on their computer. okay I'm patient but they've never informed me of the reasons why it's delayed.

They manage our rental property and having had bad experiences with other larger companies, my friend (thankfully) told me she was with Scarce Real Estate and had no problems, so I changed - very glad we did!
