These Estate agents are not very professional. They try to give you the invoices for fixing water heaters which the landlord is meant to pay to try to get in to the landlord's good books. They also don't fix broken things quickly. I had to literally put up a fight for requesting a bathroom door lock to be fixed. 
There was a problem with the light switch - even when switched off, the light bulb had electricity passing through it and it would stay on. When the electrician came, he took away my expensive light bulb and replaced it with a cheap light bulb. When I asked the agent, I was told that is standard procedure. My taps are all broken and despite complaining numerous times, the agent never bothers replying.
